Normally I don't blog about one lunch in particular, especially when it comes to work lunches, but this one takes the cake, especially on a day when it's going to be 30C, 35C with the humidity.

Leftover avocado-cucumber soup with cucumber, corn and olive oil garnish:Kidney beans that my dad cooked in the pressure cooker, finished off with some onions:And a whole lotta leftover fruit from yesterday, cantaloupe, strawberries, grapes and cherries:It's the perfect work lunch. Now let's just hope I can eat all that in 30 minutes without looking like a pig at a buffet!
